Board Members

Dharma Djojonegoro is currently the Deputy CEO of Adaro Power, a subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk, a leading Indonesian coal mining company and Indonesia’s second largest producer of thermal coal. Prior to Adaro, Dharma was part of McKinsey & Company where he led multiple business improvement and transformation programs for various natural resource companies globally, and he was also a Director at PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk.

Dharma holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Marketing (summa cum laude) from the University of Oregon, USA.

Hans is the Chief Operational Officer of Asia Pulp and Paper. He previously served as a Partner in McKinsey’s Jakarta office. He is also a leader in the Basic Materials and Operations Practices, where his responsibilities include recruitment and people development. He has led multiple large-scale transformations in Indonesia, and focuses on the industrial sector. Prior to joining McKinsey, Hans worked in a variety of operations and general management positions for 10 years in the automotive industry across the United States, China, and Southeast Asia.

Khoon Tee Tan currently serves as Partner at McKinsey & Company Indonesia. Khoon Tee leads McKinsey’s refining and petrochemicals work in Asia, and McKinsey Implementation in Southeast Asia. Over the past decade, he has served several leading downstream petroleum companies throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States on topics of strategy, organization, and operations transformation. Prior to joining McKinsey, Khoon Tee was a Shell Malaysian Scholar. Khoon Tee is also the Leader of GE-McKinsey Leadership Workshop in Malaysia.

Khoon Tee holds M.Eng (with distinction) and M.A. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
