Tuty is currently the Chief of Staff at McKinsey & Company Indonesia, initially joining as the Head of Recruiting and External Relations in 2007. Prior to joining McKinsey, Tuty had extensive experience in Human Resource Management, working across the banking, hospitality, and FMCG industries. She was HR Director for Radisson Hotel Jakarta, before moving on to become an Area Human Resource Manager for Levi Strauss – Indonesia and Malaysia. Tuty has been part of the YLI program since its inception in 2008 and was instrumental in the development of the program and the establishment of the YLI foundation.Samuel is the Project Officer of the YLI National Program, with the responsibility to manage the end-to-end process of the program delivery and to oversee the execution of projects within the program. In the Foundation, Samuel is also in charge of the Foundation’s overall operations. Graduated from Pharmacy Major, Samuel has a high interest in Project Management and People Development. Samuel is alumni of the YLI National Program Wave 10.Lathifa begin her journey as the YLI Project Officer in 2022. She is in charge to manage the end-to-end process of the program delivery, external communication, and partnership. Prior to her involvement in the foundation, Lathifa was also an alumni of the YLI National Program Wave 13 and work in one of the global FMCG companies. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Indonesia. Passionate about social entrepreneurship, she is planning to continue her study at the Columbia University School of Social Work.Driven by her passion for youth development and impact initiatives, Winda has served as a Champion for YLI Foundation since 2022. She’s also a proud YLI alumni who previously was a participant in the YLI National Program Wave 10. Aside from YLI Foundation, Winda supports client-development activities in McKinsey & Company Indonesia. “What would Winda do if she’s not joining McKinsey?” definitely a Broadway Performer!Henri has been a Program Champion for the YLI Foundation since 2022. He is currently working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Prior to his consulting life, he was an investment and corporate banking analyst at one of the largest banks in the world. Henri graduated magna cum laude from Universitas Gadjah Mada, with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Youth development and empowerment are one of his passions, Henri has been serving as a mentor in various youth-led organizations, judge in competitions, and a public speaker at numerous youth conferences and forums.
