As a critical next step on the leadership journey following the completion of the program, the participants become members of the YLI Community. The community provides a platform to a network building and a vehicle among the like-minded leaders from across the country to create synergy and engagement of critical thinking to drive change and address the challenges facing the country.
The Foundation will support the growth of the YLI Community by stimulating continuous engagement and interactions among community members through alumni initiated programs.
